There have been many advancements in Biotechnology in the past few years.  With new technology being discovered every day, companies are doing everything they can to help combat climate change as well as improve the lives of everyday Americans. From using bioplastics, improving biofuels, and building new advancements, the biotechnology industry is quickly changing how all Americans; especially scientists are viewing climate change.

Businesses in America are very important to the fight against climate change. Solar cars, businesses powered by solar panels and wind turbines, and energy efficient appliances are all ways that major businesses are show that they care about our planet. From car makers to phone companies going green, we can all help save the climate.

Many large organizations like WWF (World Wildlife Fund) and National Geographic's many programs are lending their hand and knowledge to help animals endangered by climate change. Radio collars and camera "traps" are two mays the scientists are using to help track the migration patterns and daily habits of animals. These technologies not only give environmentalists and idea of how these animals survive, it also shows they how climate change is affecting them.  

 

 

Politics

Not just scientists and environmentalists are involved in climate change.  Politicians like former Vice President Al Gore are also making a difference.  Giving speeches and holding debates are just a few ways that theses public figures are leading a revolution. President Obama is also speaking out and giving his opinion on climate change.
